We are a group practice of four doctors working in a purpose-built surgery with all the usual facilities and wheelchair access.

At Burnham Surgery, the partners work as a team to provide the best possible patient care for the community. Our appointments system is designed to ensure that patients requiring urgent treatment are seen by a member of the medical team in the shortest possible time.

A Personal Medical Services Contract for the provision of general medical services is held with NHS Mid Essex, Swift House, Hedgerows Business Park, Springfield, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 5PF.

Burnham Surgery are in the process of setting up a Patient Participation Group

What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG):

    Patients working with the practice to:
        Contribute to the continuous improvement of services;
        Foster improved communication between the practice and its patients;
        Help patients to take more responsibility for their health; and
        Provide practical support and help to implement change.

If you are interested please ask at reception to sign the register for the Patient Participation Group.
