Responsible for the administration of the practice. All suggestions about the services offered by the practice should be directed to our manager.

Reception Staff

Our reception staff, led by Reception Manager, Sandra Swanborough, will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see your doctor, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients’ records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.

Our team of practice nurses are available by appointment. Their tasks include offering clinic appointments for patients wishing to be seen urgently. Additionally the following services are provided:

INR service for patients on anticoagulant therapy, Family Planning Clinic, Infant and adult immunisation, Cervical smears, Dressings and removal of stitches, Hearing tests and Ear syringing, Clinics to monitor blood pressure, coronary heart disease, asthma and diabetes, ECG’s and lung function tests. 24 hr ECG testing and 24 hour ambulatory BP monitoring is available.

They also assist the doctors in minor surgery and are always available to offer professional advice.
