Prescriptions can be requested by registering for online ordering, or by email to: prescriptions.f81126@nhs.net

We recommend as we receive a large number of emails that family members are requested on separate emails with the patient name in the subject heading to avoid requests being overlooked

or by placing your repeat in the box in the surgery entrance, or by posting the repeat.

You can discuss your prescription request/query with a prescription clerk over the phone Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm ONLY. Call reception to book.

Repeat prescriptions will be signed by your GP within 48 hours THEN forwarded to your chemist of choice.

(2 WORKING DAYS)

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

  • In person - place your repeat slip in the box situated in the surgery entrance or you can use this form.
  • On-Line for those patients registered for this service (see reception).
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted it back to you.
  • By email - to prescriptions.f81126@nhs.net we recommend as we receive a large number of emails that family members are requested on separate emails with the patient name in the subject heading

Please note, patients are issued with 28 day supply of drugs in accordance with Government guidelines.
